Every day, we deal with phones and computers taking care of our spelling problems for us, most of the time without us even realizing that the auto-correct is doing its job. Google Trends tracks what people are searching on Google, and they released their latest study - the most misspelled words by state, and this year the answers were pretty shocking.

The trend was measured by the location of where people search "How do you spell..." and whatever word is most searched from that state. Here's what they found:

What Word Does The Entire Country Struggle With?

Over the last year, the word the United States struggled to spell the most was "Excited," which is a good thing, because the last year's most asked word was 'quarantine.'
