Illinois Flooded—Water Rescues After Heavy Rainfall

Flooding has happened again and this time it's in Chicago where more than 5 inches of rain has fallen in some places over the span of just a couple hours. Water rescues have been reported in the Windy City.

Just days after Texas was struck with tragic flooding, a freak heavy rain event is impacting Chicago as I write this. Just saw this update from the Illinois Storm Chasers on Facebook which explains what's going on.

I have not seen any videos of the Chicago flooding as of this time, but will update this once new information is released as this is a developing story.
