I don't go on TikTok often, but man, am I thankful for it this year!

Ahead of Thanksgiving last week, Brain had told me that his daughter would be trying out a new mac & cheese recipe for their family to enjoy. She had apparently found the recipe on a popular TikTok account, and since it was posted in 2023, it has gone viral.

I was back in Michigan last week visiting my family, and my cousin brought the mac & cheese this year. One bite and I was OBSESSED. It was easily some of the best mac & cheese I had ever had! When I asked her for the recipe, she told me she got in on TikTok.

As it turns out, Brain and I both got to try the same mac & cheese this Thanksgiving! Both our family members made the recipe from TikToker Tini (tinekeyounger). Since the video was posted in November of 2023, it has been saved by 4.2 MILLION people and favorited by 13.6 million! THAT'S how good this mac & cheese is!

Tini's viral recipe requires a lot of cheese (as all mac & cheese recipes should), including 16 ounces of mozzarella, 16 ounces of Colby jack, and 8 ounces of cheddar. Other ingredients you'll need are garlic powder, smoked paprika, heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, evaporated milk, flour, and Dijon mustard. Oh, and cavatappi noodles! It's a baked mac & cheese, too, which is the best kind (in my humble opinion). You can check out the video above for the recipe, or visit All Recipes HERE for a full version! I promise you, it's going to be a huge hit at your next family gathering!
