Iowa has countless options when it comes to mass-production of chocolate. Who doesn't love chocolate? Apparently there is enough hate for one brand in particular to justify making this list. I do wonder though, how do you judge if chocolate is bad? I'd imagine it's subjective, but apparently not.

The Number One Worst: "Mars"

Mars includes popular candy bars such as Snickers, Twix, and Milky Way. The following quote is one of the reasons this brand was put on the list.

Why should you avoid Mars chocolate? While the company has made promises to change the way it produces chocolate, those promises remain unfulfilled. In 2001, the Washington Post wrote that their promises to eliminate chocolate made by slave labor from their factories were not kept. Mars revised their deadline to do so to 2005, then 2008, then 2010, and finally 2020. None of these deadlines were met.
