Another Major Retail Store Closing

J.C. Penny has announced the closing of another 138 of their retail stores. According to a story reported on by our news partner WQAD-TV stores in Iowa and Illinois are among those on the list. The closest being the Pennys Store at Northland Mall in Sterling.
