Illinois Is Home To The Fast-Food Chain With the Worst Customer Service

Before we begin, it's easy to complain about customer service, but sometimes people are going through stuff we don't know about, or they just dealt with a terrible customer. It's best to always try to see both sides. A new list has come out of "Fast-Food Chains With the Worst Customer Service." The number one spot has over 100 locations in the state of Iowa. There is a very high chance you have been there multiple times.

This list from Cheapism and is ranked  by a basic "Customer Satisfaction Score" I was surprised that none were lower than 70% Way to go fast food chains!

• 10. Burger King - Customer Satisfaction Score: 77
• 9. Wendy’s - Customer Satisfaction Score: 76.

• 7. Little Caesars - Customer Satisfaction Score: 75 .
• 6. Subway - Customer Satisfaction Score: 74

   

• 5. Dairy Queen - Customer Satisfaction Score: 74

   

• 4. Taco Bell - Customer Satisfaction Score: 73
• 3. Popeyes - Customer Satisfaction Score: 72

The Fast-Food Chains With the Worst Customer Service

In at number was McDonald’s with a customer score of 71. Which I didn't think was that bad, but Cheapism went on to say,

Ronald’s got an attitude problem. McDonald’s ranks dead last in customer service, according to patrons, and this isn’t its first time at the bottom. The world’s largest fast-food chain also landed in last place for customer satisfaction in 2023 — though, to be fair, its score improved by 3%, jumping from 69 in 2023 to 71 in 2024.Customers report messed-up orders and rude staff, a combination that’s making the golden arches lose their glow.
