On Friday, December 2, 2021, Jackson County Fair officials announced that Cole Swindell and special guest Lainey Wilson will be performing on the grandstand stage at the 2022 Jackson Fair in Maquoketa. The concert will be on Saturday, July 30th, 2022.

Jackson County Fair officials say that Saturday Night, July 30th, will be 'Brought to you by Beer' thanks to Cole Swindell. Grammy-nominated multi-platinum superstar released his 12th career single “Never Say Never,” a duet with his friend and BBR Music Group’s rising star Lainey Wilson. Officials also said that the Jackson County Fair has the privilege to bring concert-goers this incredible show, topping last year's remarkable acts.

On Saturday night, July 30th, 2022, Lainey Wilson will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. with Cole Swindell to follow and get the party rocking. Jackson County Fair officials encourage concert-goers to stick around after the show and enjoy great music from TBA playing in Volunteer Hall starting at 11:00 p.m.
