Deckmate Dancers Jr. Dance Camp Returns With a Spooky Twist For 2026

The Quad City Steamwheelers aren’t just known for big hits and touchdowns. Their halftime performances are a huge part of the game-day experience too, and now young dancers have the chance to join the action during the Deckmate Dancers Jr. Dance Camp.

Dance on the Field During Halftime

The camp takes place on Wednesday, June 3rd, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Vibrant Arena at The MARK. Dancers ages 4–18 will learn a special halftime routine that they’ll perform during the Saturday, June 6th Steamwheelers game.

This year’s game theme is “Halfway to Halloween,” so dancers will learn a fun, spooky-style routine and receive a themed T-shirt featuring skeletons.

What’s Included

For $50 per camper, participants will receive:

• Instruction from the talented Deckmate Dancers
• A themed camp T-shirt
• One free ticket to the June 6th Steamwheelers game
• The opportunity to perform live on the field during halftime

The camp is open to dancers of all skill levels, whether they’re brand new to dance or have years of experience.

Back for Round Two in 2026

This marks the second Deckmate Dancers Jr. Dance Camp of 2026. Earlier this year, young dancers joined the Deckmates on the field during “Kids Night,” and now they’re getting another chance to perform during one of the team’s most fun theme nights of the season.
