If you were at Vibrant Arena at The MARK in Moline to see Ella Langley recently, here's another reason to love having big-name artists come to the Quad Cities.

The country music star, who brought her Dandelion Tour to Moline on September 26, is helping make a difference right here at home. Ella teamed up with Vibrant Arena to donate $2,500 to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, helping animals who need a little extra love and care.

$2,500 to Help Animals Right Here at Home

The Quad City Animal Welfare Center shared the good news on Facebook, thanking both Ella and Vibrant Arena for stepping up to help homeless animals in our area.

The center cares for animals who have been abandoned, neglected, or found themselves without a safe place to call home. Some need medical attention, while others just need food, comfort, and a chance to find a loving family.

That $2,500 donation will help cover the cost of food, veterinary care, vaccinations, spay and neuter surgeries, and beds for animals waiting to be adopted.

Those things might not sound flashy, but they're a big deal when you're caring for animals who depend on people to give them a second chance.

From the Concert Stage to Helping Local Animals

Ella has been making waves in country music, and it's always nice when a little star power gets directed toward something good happening in our own backyard.

The Quad City Animal Welfare Center was thrilled to receive the support, sharing its appreciation for the generosity of both the singer and the arena.

Every animal deserves a safe place to sleep, a full belly, proper medical care, and the opportunity to find a family that loves them. Donations like this help local shelters keep providing those basics to animals who need them most.

Want to Help Animals in the Quad Cities, Too?

You don't have to be a country music superstar to make a difference. Supporting your local animal shelter, donating supplies, or helping spread the word about animals available for adoption can all help.

If you'd like to help the Quad City Animal Welfare Center continue caring for animals in need, you can find information about donating at QCAWC.org.
