It's hard to believe that Independence Day is almost here! Luckily, a lot of firework shows are returning this year as things begin to open back up. We are your guide to all of the firework displays in, and around the Quad Cities area. Get ready, because this 4th of July weekend is going to be poppin'!

Red, White, and Boom!
The largest fireworks display in the Quad Cities, watch as fireworks are shot from two barges in the middle of the Mississippi River. Viewing locations include Modern Woodmen Park, Davenport, Bechtel Park, Davenport, Freight House Farmers Market Lot, Davenport, and Schwiebert Riverfront Park, Rock Island.
Admission is free and fireworks will start going off at 9:30 p.m.

Bettendorf 4th of July Celebration
This year, all the festivities, including the parade, festival, and fireworks, will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021.
On July 3, the parade will be held in downtown Bettendorf (same route as before) beginning at 10:00 a.m. The festival will begin at noon on Spruce Hills Drive in front of Cumberland Square.
Fireworks will begin at dusk at Middle Park. All these events will be held on the 3rd of July.
There will be no city-sponsored events on Sunday, July 4, 2021.

Muscatine 4th of July Celebration
Keep Muscatine Beautiful will be hosting an event on the Muscatine Riverfront on Sunday, July 4, 2021, before the fireworks. They will have music and fun from 3-8 p.m. including bands, food trucks, a beverage tent, and a few fun things for the kids to do.
The Children's Parade will begin Sunday morning at 9 a.m. Before fireworks go off, a reading of the Declaration of Independence will happen at 8:05 p.m. and the Muscatine Symphony Orchestra will play starting at 8:10 p.m. leading up to the fireworks.

Clinton 4th of July Festival
On Sunday, July 4, 2021, the City of Clinton invites you to join them along the Clinton Riverfront for good old fashion family fun at their 10th Annual Clinton 4th of July Festival.
The parade starts at 1 p.m. and will begin at the 9th Ave. boat ramp. the parade goes south along Riverview Dr. and ends at 5th Ave. S.
Other events during the 10th Annual Clinton 4th of July Festival include:
- Volleyball & Bags 9 a.m.
- Parade 1 p.m.
- National Anthem 2 p.m.
- Band 2 p.m.
- Kiddie Tractor Pull Races 2 p.m.
- Bounce Houses & Carnival games 2-6 p.m.
- Quad Cities Strong Man Competition 3:30 p.m.
- Wrestling 4:00 p.m.
- Lumberkings vs. Quincy Gems 6:30 p.m.
Fireworks will take place after the Lumberkings Game on Sunday, July 4, and will be shot off behind the outfield fence at NelsonCorps Field.
Viewing locations will be at NelsonCorps Field or along the Clinton Riverfront.

Geneseo Fireworks Show
The Geneseo Fireworks Show will happen on Friday, July 2, 2021.
Fireworks will be from 9-9:30 p.m. that Friday night and will be shot off at Richmond Hill, 600 H K Robinson Dr, Geneseo, IL.

East Moline Independence Day Celebration
Saturday, July 3
Fireworks will be on Saturday, July 3, 2021. The celebration is from 6:30-11 p.m. with fireworks going off at dusk. Fireworks will be shot off at The Bend at River Bend Park, 910 Bend Blvd. in East Moline.
The celebration will feature live music from Smooth Groove. There will be a Children’s Carnival that will include games, a temporary tattoo station, a balloon artist, and fun with bubbles. Tickets are 25¢ or 25 for $5.00
Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Sunday, July 4th
39th Annual Firecracker Run begins at 7:30 a.m.
The East Moline Fire Department will also host a Pancake Breakfast from 6:30-11 a.m.
East Moline's 4th of July Parade will begin at 1:00 p.m. The parade route will go along 15th Ave from 3rd Street to 13th Street.

Grand Mound 4th of July Fireworks Show
The 4th of July Fireworks Show will take place on Sunday, July 4, 2021, at the Grand Mound Ball Park. Fireworks will be shot off at dusk.
Prior to the fireworks, the 4th of July Water Parade will happen at 2 p.m.
