You've had that beautiful Christmas Tree up in your house for a while, but now that December 25th has come and gone it's time to get rid of it.

Lucky for you, there are plenty of places around the QC to dispose of your tree, and many towns are offering curbside pickup!

Here's the full list:

Galesburg: Residents can bring their trees to Lowe’s parking lot for recycling until January 3rd.

Moline: Curbside pickup January 4 – 15 on regular garbage pickup day.

Rock Island: Curbside pickup December 28-January 8 on regular garbage pickup day.  Trees must be at least three feet away from garbage cans.

Clinton County: Residents can bring their trees to the Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency at 4292 – 220th Street in Clinton for free recycling. Hours- Monday-Friday from 7:30a-4:30p, Saturdays from 7:30a-noon.

Bettendorf: Curbside pickup December 28-January 8 on  regular garbage pickup day. The trees cannot be bagged.

Davenport: Curbside pickup December 28-January 8 on  regular garbage pickup day. The trees cannot be bagged.

Eldridge: Curbside pickup during the month of January. The trees cannot be bagged

LeClaire:  Residents who normally have their garbage collected on Wednesdays can set their tree out for pickup on December 30 or January 6. For residents whose garbage is collected on Thursdays, trees will be collected on December 31 or January 7.

Long Grove: Curbside pickup on Tuesdays through the end of January.

Panorama Park: Curbside pickup for the first couple weeks of January on regular garbage pickup day.

Riverdale: Curbside pickup every Monday in January.

Walcott: Contact the Public Works Department at 563-284-6571 extension 11 about collection and curbside pickup.
