Did a Missouri Fisherman Really Catch a Snakehead?
There's a new video that has just been shared literally minutes ago that shows a fisherman who caught a nasty invasive snakehead fish in Missouri and there's a good reason why this should cause all kinds of red flags to go up. But, it it really a snakehead?
Justin Kinard on YouTube just shared a short video revealing what he just caught in Missouri
You can watch Justin show this vile fish (with sharp teeth) from numerous angles shows that it might be a snakehead or is it?. This is the fish that the Missouri Department of Conservation says to kill immediately if you ever see one...if it's a snakehead. Watch for yourself and see if you agree.
According to the tags on Justin's video that was just shared less than an hour ago at the time of this writing, this snakehead was caught in the Duck Creek Conservation area of Missouri which is located here.
The reason why this catch could be alarming is due to the fact that snakehead fish repopulate quickly and can easily take over waterways from native fish and other species. If there's one snakehead in the Duck Creek Conservation area, there are probably dozens more. Let's hope this is just mistaken identity and not really a snakehead.
