Davenport Announces Party In The Park Dates

On certain evenings in the summer, Davenport will be having 'Party in the Park'.

The City of Davenport has announced this year's Party in the Park dates. These events are a chance for you to chat with city staff, learn more about local organizations, and just hang out with your neighbors.

There will be free food, entertainment, and activities for the kids.

Party in the Parks are certain Thursday nights beginning on June 15th.

Party in the Park gives you an opportunity to meet your fellow residents, learn more about surrounding neighborhoods, and talk with local elected officials. City staff will be there to talk about any concerns and opportunities facing the community and how you and your neighbors can get involved. And also there's free food, so that's always a plus.

There will be 4 Party in the Parks this summer. They will all be from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. The first one will be on June 15th at Lafayette Park, which will be followed by one on June 22nd at Marquette Park, on August 10th there will be one at Garfield Park, and the last one will be August 17th at Emeis Park.

Meanwhile, even though it's a hot second before Party in the Park rolls around, there are many family-friendly events going on in Davenport during May that you can enjoy.
