A man from Davenport did that and found his Irish luck just in time for St. Patrick's Day.

Congrats to Timothy Milburn of Davenport who won the first $100,000 top prize in the Iowa Lottery's newest scratch game, according to the Iowa Lottery.

Timothy purchased his winning "20X" scratch game at Hy-Vee, 4064 E. 53rd St. in Davenport. He claimed his prize Friday at the lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids, just in time for St. Patrick's Day weekend. Milburn's big win comes less than two weeks after 20X debuted.

We don't have a picture of Timothy showing off his big winnings since in Iowa you can't remain anonymous, but you don't have to be photographed. Timothy isn't the only big winner lately to take that option but it would be cool to see some big smiles!
