Bettendorf’s Postponed Movies In The Park Rescheduled In July

Throughout the month of June, residents in Bettendorf had a chance to watch awesome family-friendly movies at Veterans Memorial Park every Saturday. Unfortunately, Mother Nature threw a wrench in probably the most anticipated movie of the season on June 24th.

If you and your family were excited to see DC League of Superpets at Bettendorf's Movies in the Park, keep that excitement going because the City of Bettendorf has rescheduled that event.

Make sure your calendar is open for Saturday, July 15th because you and the family can see the popular DC cartoon movie for free in Bettendorf.

Bettendorf Reschedules League Of Pets Movie In The Park Event

The month of June was a busy one at Veterans Memorial Park in Bettendorf. Every Saturday in June, so many people came out to Veterans Memorial Park in Bettendorf to watch family-friendly movies for free.

Only one movie wasn't able to be shown during the month of June because is inclement weather. But the good news for those excited to see DC League of Superpets, the canceled event on June 24th has been rescheduled.

Kona Ice will be on hand with treats available from 7:30-9 p.m. Plus, Absolute Science will provide free bubble stations to enjoy from 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Movies in the Park featuring DC League of Superpets takes place at Veterans Memorial Park in Bettendorf on Saturday, July 15th. The event is free to attend. The movie will start when the sun goes down, which is usually around 9:15 p.m. in the Quad Cities.

Officials ask that you please bring your own lawn chair/blanket and enjoy a beautiful summer night in one of their amazing parks.
