A bizarre and revolting incident was recorded in Clearwater, Florida when a man was allegedly seen defecating on a deceased opossum in the midst of rush hour traffic. The unprecedented incident, characterized by such an unusual police report statement, unfolded at about 5:30 PM.

Who Was The Man?
As per the arrest affidavit, Rudy Wilcox, 45, was apparently observed by a law enforcement officer conducting the appalling act while motorists passed by.
After the officer read Wilcox his rights, he adamantly refuted the claims and instead countered that the officer had visual issues. Despite his denials, the affidavit points out that physical evidence found at the scene was consistent with the accusations made against Wilcox.
