A Tennessee school employee is behind bars after he allegedly stabbed a delivery driver with a pen more than five times because he was late with the delivery.

Memphis police say that 36-year-old Braxton Stewart, an employee with the Memphis-Shelby County School system, has been arrested on a charge of aggravated assault.

According to the court documents, the incident happened right around 9:30am on Thursday at American Way Middle School. The victim told investigators that he showed up late with a delivery at the school, which kicked off a pretty heated argument between the driver and Stewart.

The confrontation quickly turned from throwing words to throwing hands, with the two fighting each other right there in the office. It was during that fight that Stewart grabbed a pen and stabbed the deliver driver six times with it.
