A Racine, Wisconsin, man was arrested after reportedly engaging in inappropriate behavior at a grocery store in Kenosha County. Police say the incident occurred Saturday, December 28, at a Piggly Wiggly located on the 2800 block of 14th Place in Kenosha. Officers responded to a call just after 2 p.m. reporting a man allegedly engaging in lewd acts inside the store.
Employee's Discovery
Store employees initially suspected the man of attempting to shoplift. However, upon closer observation, it became apparent he was involved in inappropriate behavior. Authorities report that the individual, later identified as 32-year-old Tyree Carter, allegedly ejaculated on the store floor before leaving the premises.
Arrest and Charges
Following an investigation, Carter was taken into custody by Racine police on Monday, December 30. He now faces one misdemeanor charge of lewd and lascivious behavior. The Kenosha Police Department, which announced the arrest, did not release a booking photo or further details about the incident.
