Study Says If You’re From The Midwest You Probably Prefer This Weather
We've been seeing a good amount of rain in the Quad Cities for the start of summer, and many are happy to see it while others are hoping for some sunnier days. When it comes to the weather, according to a YouGov study, Fall is the favorite season for most Americans.
Honestly, I can see why. It's a great time of year, but how does the Midwest feel about it?
The Overall Numbers
In a breakdown of the numbers, this study found In a survey of the four seasons, summer rates are high as 25% of Americans look forward to the warmer weather.
Fall is the favorite season of the nation, with 29% responding that they prefer an autumnal climate. A winter chill is only preferred by 7% of us. This leads me to wonder what weather do people in the Midwest love the most?

Midwest Favorites
According to the study, these are our top three favorite times of the year.
3. Summer
Summer means a lot of different things to you depending on where you live in the Midwest, but people still love it.
2. Spring
Most Midwesterns voted Spring but said they loved it the most when it rained or sprinkled. There is still a more popular time...
1. Autumn
The beautiful Colors, great weather, and fun activities to do with families. It makes sense why this is #1.
Do you agree with this list? I feel like the reason Winter didn't make it onto this list is due to the fact that after about a week of it, we hate it. I've always been a huge fan of Fall myself.
I think this meme explains the midwest weather well:
