Would You Have Lived In This Million Dollar Quad Cities Home?
Located at 5385 Silver Spur Rd, Bettendorf, IA 52722, this million-dollar home was closer to 2 million dollars! The asking price was $1,800,000! Wow, that's a lot of money. It is currently valued at $1,537,500. According to Zillow, the price has been dropping. There has been a drop of $24,735 in value over the last 30 days.
This house is 5,486 sqft with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and was built in 2008. It also sits on 20.35 Acres of land! Which is a huge chunk of dirt!
While this house is huge and beautiful, when it was on the market, its price like many other homes was a bit pricy for my liking, but to be fair even this price is WAY out of my price range.
The housing market is still crazy almost a year after we saw prices skyrocket. Personally, I think that with the amount of land you get, this spot at least has more to offer than just "big overpriced house." You can see more information here.
