While many to most of the oldest pizza spots in America are in the New York area, in fact, a majority of the top 10 are on the East Coast.

It goes without saying that a lot of these places have either moved, grown, or have added multiple locations. This just shows how they have managed to stay around for so long. Cheapism went on to report that Pizzeria Uno is one of the oldest,

Somebody had to be the first to do deep dish in Chicago, and Pizzeria Uno is that somebody. Places like Lou Malnati’s and Pequod’s went on to become famous, but Pizzeria Uno was there first. It’s since boomed into a chain of over 100 locations across 20 states.
