Quad City Bakery Wants Help Creating a New Cookie Flavor

I love it when our local treat shop calls on us to create a new flavor.

Whitey's held a contest last year to vote on a new ice cream flavor suggested by the public. The iconic ice cream company started selling a flavor called Monster Cookie based on the suggestions of Quad Citians. They put the top flavors suggested up for a vote and voila, we have a new delicious flavor to enjoy.

Now a local bakery is doing the same thing. Cookies and Dreams, with locations in Davenport, Bettendorf, Iowa City, and soon more branches in Ankeny and the Chicago suburbs need our help creating a new cookie flavor.

They already have delicious cookies like chocolate chip, Snickerdoodle cheesecake, peanut butter, and birthday cake.

According to the bakery's social media, they're looking for more delicious creations.

Cookies and Dreams want you to comment on their Facebook post and include your best, most drool-worthy cookie flavor idea.

They'll pick their top favorites (community voting by likes is encouraged!) and the top three will go head to head in a social media poll to pick the most requested, top favorite cookie idea chosen by the bakery's dedicated team of cookie monsters and fans.
