The Freight House in Davenport is where you'll see all that ice at an event called, "Icestravaganza."

Davenport will get a special shipment of frozen water for Icestravaganza at the Freight House.

There isn't a lot of upside to the nasty cold the Quad Cities is experiencing. However, there is one upside if you're ready to brave the cold.
