While it's fun to look at the biggest, and best homes of the Quad Cities, sometimes it's fun to see what the bottom dollar gets you. We found the cheapest home in the Quad Cities, and it is located in East Moline.

How much does this bad boy go for?

This two-bedroom, 1-bath is on the market for $11,900.

The house is 1,200 square feet, and the lot itself is 4,792 which isn't too bad overall. That means it is only $10 per square foot. The house does need A LOT of work though. It has no photos of the inside which is never a good sign. It does have a couple of photos of the exterior though.

To be fair, compared to other homes, the yard size is pretty solid, but otherwise, just by looking at this house, it's clear there is a large number of fixes needed on the outside alone.
