The Healing Waters Of Illinois

The Mineral water at the Original Springs Hotel in Okawville is still a spot many travels to even to this day. Sources say that even after a major fire this spot managed to reopen and see success.

Since its 1893 opening, the hotel has added additional rooms and an indoor pool to become what it is today: a place with modern rooms appointed with a touch of the same classical elegance that the hotel’s original guests experienced.

Okawville is a village in Washington County, Illinois, United States. The population is about 1,500. The spring-fed spa with waters containing minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iodine, iron, and sulfur is incredibly popular, and while the richest of the rich may not visit as often, the regular person like you and me are welcome to go there as well.
