These Are The Three Cheapest Homes In Illinois
It's always fun looking at the biggest, nicest homes in a state, but what about the cheapest homes?
If you try to find the cheapest house in Illinois you will find pages of homes that are up for auction. These homes start as low as $1, but again that's just the start price. I wanted to find the cheapest house that was already for sale for a set price.
This is a quick list of my findings when it comes to the cheapest homes in Illinois. There are also a ton of open land lots for sale that are pretty cheap, but those are not homes. To make it on this list it must be a house with a set price.
5 Court H, Herrin, IL 62948
Get this home for only $5,000. It's a three bedroom one bath home.
It is 1,024 sqft. Zillow states in the listing,

514 Sherman St, Danville, IL 61832
This property is only $5,500 and has a good number of photos.
It is a two-bedroom one bath home with 1,290 sqft.
The Zillow listing says,
Here's a 2-bedroom, 1 bath fixer-upper with a 2-car detached garage. This property is being sold AS-IS. Seller will not complete any repairs to the property, either lender or buyer requested. Due to condition, the property may have.
612 Pixley St, Danville, IL 61832
This property jumps up to $7,000. The info is limited, and so are the pictures. All we know is that it is 1,320 sqft.
