These Hateful Posters Found In An Iowa Town Are Now Going Viral
Earlier this month many residents in Oelwein Iowa woke up to flyers with swastikas on them. A neo-Nazi group is accused of putting up these posters and flyers in a public park located in Oelwein. This incident is not only getting a lot of attention from locals and other Iowans, but it is now also being covered on platforms like TikTok, and it's going viral.
According to cbs2iowa, the posters were discovered last Saturday evening in Oelwein City Park, and many locals were hoping it wasn't truly how their neighbors felt. Sadly this extremist belief of hate is all too real. In total two different types of posters were put up.
They're connected to a white supremacist group called "The Crew 319." One has a large swastika and the 14 words that make up the white supremacy slogan. Another promotes the false conspiracy theory that the Jewish community controls the media and the flow of information.

A TikTok creator known as 'Iowastartingline' gave an in-depth explanation of what was being seen in Oelwein Iowa and explains to viewers what it means, and why it's happening. This video has been gaining a lot of traction over the last few days.
