Remember the movie, Babe? Who didn't love that little sheep-herding piglet?! Not only did it bring a gentle message to fans of all ages, it even changed the lives of the cast! I learned some things I didn't know about Babe I think you'll find interesting.

Did you know, actor James Cromwell (Farmer Arthur Hoggett), became a strict vegan after this film? He was already a vegetarian and decided to take it one step further. He also became an animal rights activist. His career took off too, with roles in 'Star Trek: First Contact,' 'L.A. Confidential,' and 'The Green Mile.'

Another thing I didn't know about, Babe?  That cute song the mice sing at the end was an actual hit in the U.K. in 1978. In fact, all they did was speed it up to make the original singers sound higher-pitched, like mice! Here is the original and what was featured in the film.
