Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

"Rabbit, Rabbit!" It's good luck to say that at the beginning of a month.

1 - We're starting May with cool, breezy, rainy skies. Flooding is a concern on area river after this past weekend's seemingly endless rain. WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen has the forecast details here.

2 - We've got tickets to see Elton John live at the iWireless Center on November 10th to giveaway all this week. Listen at around 7:05am for the Elton John Song of the Day. Write it down, then listen to Jeff Lynn on the Work Release Drive Home around 4:05pm. When Jeff asks for the name of the Elton John Song of the Day, call in for your chance to win. We'll do it everyday this week on the new KIIK 104-9.

3 - Chasson Randle's first season with the NBA had more than a few ups and downs. Despite bouncing back and forth between the Knicks and Sizers, Rock Island's Randle tells WQAD's Matt Randazzo that he remains excited about his career. Scores and more when we do That Sports Thing around 7:40am.
