1 - WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen says conditions today present the highest chance for severe weather - including large hail, damaging winds and even tornados - that we have seen all year so far. The forecast details are here. Be alert for watches and warnings between 4 and 7pm this afternoon.
2 - As Quad Citians prepare for more construction for the I-74 bridge, a variety of spin-off projects are in the works in downtown Moline that will continue to transform the area. WQAD News 8's Elizabeth Wadas has details on those projects.
