A stellar weekend is on the way.

1 - Fog and clouds will clear as the morning goes on and we will start four straight days of mostly sunny skies, and moderate temps. Here's the detailed forecast from the National Weather Service.

2 - The Scott County Sheriff's office is warning folks about a scam making the rounds in the Iowa Quad Cities. The Quad City Times reports that scammers are threatening people with arrest for supposedly missing jury duty.

3 - Ribfest, that used to be part of River Roots Live in August, has become part of Davenport Streetfest this year. We'll talk about that and more of the upcoming weekend events when we do That Hollywood Thing at around 8:40am.

4 - The River Bandits were rained out in Clinton last night. They'll play two today with the first game getting underway at 5pm. You can catch the play-by-play on our sister station KBOB AM 1170. We'll check yesterday's scores when we do That Sports Thing at about 7:40am.

Enjoy the sunshine and have a great Thursday.

- Craig
