Here are the details:

 "On September 8, 2018 the couple pictured are suspected in a quick change scam at Walmart in Moline. The two approached the cashier with a purchase and the male offender asks for change and is seen on video slipping bills into his pocket, then telling the cashier he did not receive the correct change.

"The male offender did this several times, getting away with $150. The two then left Walmart without taking their purchase. They left in a newer black Nissan Sentra. The suspects are possibly from the Chicago area."
