Need a Ride to the Vaccine Site? Call This Illinois Quad-City Service

You're all set to get your vaccine. You've made your appointment, but now you could use some help getting there.

Metro in the Illinois Quad Cities is ready to help. According to their website, Metro began offering free demand response trips to/from the vaccination site at Camden Centre in Milan on Tuesdays from 8 am - 2 pm, as space allows. The service began last week.

After you schedule your appointment with the Rock Island County Health Department, you can contact Metro's call center to schedule your ride.

You can go to the "OnDemand" section of your Metro mobile app or call (309)788-3360 to schedule. Seems pretty convenient.
