Quad City Apartment Is A Health Risk

Ahhh the joys of moving. I know...there's noting fun about moving, but once its done you get some sort of gratification. Imagine getting all set to make the move and walking into a nightmare.

According to WQAD, A Moline man rented a new apartment at Pheasant Creek Apartments and walked in to cracks in the floor, mold in the carpets from a leaky celling, and roach motels in the sink. He was promised a new apartment and wouldn't be able to see the place until he moved in.

The resident also has heart problems and cancer, takes multiple medications, and lives on social security. This place cant be good for his health. Read more here.
