Quad City Storm Announce Full 2021-2022 Schedule
Hockey season is almost here. On Wednesday, the Quad City Storm announced the home and away schedule for the 2021-2022 season. After having their season cut short last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the QC Storm is ready to take the ice for the upcoming season.
Hockey in the Quad Cities is returning to the TaxSlayer for hopefully a complete and uninterrupted season. The Quad City Storm on Wednesday released their entire 2021-2022 season.
Back in June, the QC Storm's new General Manager Brian Rothenberger announced that the team would kick off their season on Friday, October 15th. Rothenberger also went on to say that the QC Storm is hoping to have a packed stadium by the time opening day rolls around due to the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions. The last time the QC Storm played was March 8th, 2020.
The Quad City Storm will kick off their 2021-2022 season at home on Friday, October 15th. They will host Evansville Thunderbolts at the TaxSlayer Center in Moline. The QC Storm will host a total of 28 games and have 28 games on the road.
The conclusion of the 2021-2022 regular season for the Quad City Storm will be on Friday, April 8 at the Peoria Rivermen. The final regular-season home game at the TaxSlayer Center will be Saturday, March 5 also against the Evansville Thunderbolts.
Season passes are available now, with smaller ticket packs and eventually single tickets becoming more available as opening day draws closer.
