What The Fish Is This Carp?

A tourist in China found this creepy fish with a human-like face approaching the shore of the lake and I have questions. The voice on the video can be heard saying,

"See the fish has become a fairy, it has a human-like face."

Gah.

No, a human didn't mate with a fish. I don't think. I can't find out much about it other than stories indicate it's a carp. Also, I'll be having nightmares for awhile.
