New Bubble Tea Shop “Chatty Bubbles” Celebrates Grand Opening in East Moline Today
Bubble tea, dirty sodas, energy drinks, and fun grand opening prizes made their way to the Quad Cities.
Chatty Bubbles officially opened its doors on Monday, July 27, at 9 a.m. at 233 12th Avenue in East Moline, offering a menu of specialty drinks, quick bites, and a weeklong Blackout Bingo challenge with the chance to win a month of free drinks.
The new drink shop is opening in the same location where Tell Me the Tea, a reservation-only afternoon tea room, is also preparing to open later this week.

Grand Opening Features Blackout Bingo Challenge
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 75 customers who make a purchase will receive a Chatty Bubbles Blackout Bingo Card.
Unlike traditional bingo, players must complete every square on the card to qualify. Activities include following Chatty Bubbles on social media, sharing posts, uploading photos with their drinks, completing purchase challenges, and other interactive tasks.
Completed cards must be returned by Sunday, Aug. 2 at 2 p.m. After verification, the first 10 people to finish their cards will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize.
The lucky winner will receive one free qualifying Chatty Bubbles drink every day for 30 days, for a total of up to 30 free drinks.
