Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

The rain gauge at my house in Rock Island reads 5 inches after three days.

1 - It will finally stop raining later today and we're in for a pretty nice weekend before the heat returns midweek. Your Local 4 News Pinpoint Forecast is here.

2 - I've got two more pairs of tickets to giveaway this morning for Planet Funk Con which gets under way today at the TaxSlayer Center. Listen for your cue to call at 7:25-ish and 8:25-ish.

3 - The Quad Cities new hockey team has a name. Our SPHL team will be known as the Quad City Storm when they take the ice in October. Details at about 7:35am.

4 - "The sun will come out tomorrow"... really. It'll be a nice weekend for grilling. So, my Craig's Question today is 'What is your favorite thing to make on the grill. Let me know here on our Facebook page.
