East Moline Man Wins $1 Million Mega Millions Prize

An East Moline truck driver won a Million Dollar Mega Millions prize from a ticket he purchased last month!  This according to an article on WeareIowa.com.

East Moline's Danny Lovett drives a truck between Davenport and Des Moines. One of the places he likes to stop during his drive is the Kum & Go on Walnut in Colfax. That's where he bought the winning ticket.

Lovett told WeareIowa.com:

You count and you count and you look and it’s like, ‘There’s no way! Then you wake people up out of bed so they can see, too. It’s a great thing.

We've all dreamed about what we'd do if we won the Mega Millions, The Powerball or any huge jackpot. I have to say Lovett's plan's for the cash is somewhat similar to what Kathy and I dream of doing if we ever hit it big.

He's going to buy a house, save much of it for retirement and buy his dream car a 1972 Ford Mustang fastback.
