Eating These Pancakes Have A Great Purpose In The QCA
Is there anything better than pancakes? Yes, pancakes with a purpose. This Sunday, March 6, 2022, the Geneseo Kiwanis Club will be hosting its annual Pancake Day breakfast at the Geneseo Moose Lodge. The breakfast will be served from 7 am-1 pm and carry-out meals are available if you don’t have time to stick around. Breakfast will include pancakes of course and many other options.
Ticket Information:
Tickets can be obtained from Kiwanis club members, Geneseo High School Key Club Members, members of Boy Scout Troop 131, or at the door the day of the event!

About The Club
The best part about this event is that all proceeds are used to support and fund various projects! The Kiwanis Club itself is described as,
“a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time by serving the local community through various service and fundraising projects.”
The local club has also supported many of the Kiwanis International Worldwide service projects such as the 1994 IDD (Iodine Deficiency Disorders) $100 million campaign, the 2010 Eliminate Project, and a joint campaign with UNICEF that funded an effort to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus (MNT) from countries affected by the disease.
About The Event
Pancake Day is an event that is only hosted every year on the first Sunday in March so make sure you stop by and get some delicious breakfast food to help support your local Kiwanis Club as they continue to make a difference in the lives of others!
The breakfast will be served from 7 am-1 pm and carry meals are available if you don’t have time to stick around. Breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, eggs, and “all the trimming” according to the Geneseo Kiwanis Club website.
