It's the general election tomorrow and if you're looking to get more out of voting, there are several businesses that are giving out free stuff or having great deals if you go and vote.

After the November 3 general election, there isn't going to be anymore political commercials and we can kind of go back to normal. To kick off 4 years of no political commercials, you should treat yourself to something nice or delicious for doing to civil duty.

USA Today has created a full list of places across the country handing out great deals. The awesome news is that there are a lot of places that have locations in the QC. Check out the list below and go vote! For more resources on voting tomorrow, click here.


Lyft: 50% off one ride up to $10 Tuesday to any polling location or dropbox using the code 2020VOTE

Uber: Get 50% off roundtrip rides to the polls, up to $7 each way or up to $14 for the two trips.

Scott County Democratic Party: Free ride to polling locations by calling 563-324-7699

Scott County Republican Party: Free ride to polling locations by calling 563-823-5854

Chili's: Through Election Day, you can get the Presidente Margarita for $5 and a free commemorative sticker while supplies last.

DoorDash: Free delivery on any order at a minimum of $15 on Election Day, using the promo code VOTE. DashPass subscribers already get free delivery on orders over $12, but on Election Day can get an extra 10 percent off with the code DPVOTE.

GrubHub: Over 30 different discounts in their Perks tab.

McDonald's: On Election Day through November 9, they are giving away any pastry item with the purchase of a hot or iced coffee, using their app.

Planet Fitness: Free workout and HydroMassage on them through November 8, or a special virtual workout on Facebook Tuesday night at 6 p.m. offering "exercises and tips to de-stress after voting".

Red Lobster: invites you to use GrubHub to order up to $25 and it will be free.

Meanwhile, the following places have the following deals on Election Day at participating locations.

Firehouse Subs: Loyalty members get double points Tuesday when they order a medium or large Hook & Ladder sub.

Jersey Mike’s Subs$2 off any regular sub through Nov. 6 with app orders and code SANDDAY2OFF.

Jimmy John’sFreaky Fast Rewards members get 50% off any 8-inch sandwich Tuesday. The chain also has an ongoing deal through Nov. 8. Buy one 8-inch or 16-inch sandwich and get 50% off the lowest priced sandwich with code SAVEON2.

Natural GrocersThis is a post-Election deal. From Thursday through Nov. 7, members of the grocer's loyalty program can get one free chocolate bar, while supplies last

SubwayFor a limited time, get a free footlong when you purchase two in the app or on the website at participating locations. According to the website, the discount "shows in cart if a shop is participating."

Wendy'sThrough November 8, get a free Classic Chicken Sandwich (valued at $4.99). with any purchase and an offer in their app.
