Quad City Legend and WWE Superstar Seth Rollins was attacked by a wrestling fan at the Barclays Center during Monday Night Raw. The fan is facing charges in the incident, according to the New York Police Department.

Rollins was walking back from the ring after a match, when a fan came out of nowhere and tackled Seth.

Videos from Twitter show Seth walking off after winning the match, and a fan sprinting full speed and taking down the superstar.

After going down, the referee standing nearby came in with an elbow to the assailant's back. Seth wasn't happy, and started yelling at the fan as security had to hold him back while fans started chanting "F**k him up!"

The fan, identified by the NYPD early this morning as 24-year-old Elisah Spencer. Spencer is accused of leaving his seating section and jumping the barrier to attack Rollins.

Spencer has been charged with Attempted Assault, and Attempted Violation of Arts and Cultural Affairs (Disrupting Live Sporting Event), police told Fox News.

Police say Rollins had some swelling to his lip, but refused medical attention.

"WWE takes the safety of its performers very seriously. The individual who attacked Seth Rollins has been turned over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," WWE told Fox News.

The attack was also on screen during the broadcast of the event.

The fan incident came after Seth Rollins had participated in the Survivor Series 5-on-5 elimination tag match at the pay-per-view.
