Bettendorf Wise Guys Pizza & Pub Has Closed Its Doors

On May 14th, the Wise Guys Pizza & Pub closed its Bettendorf location.

The restaurant, which was at 3700 Belmont Blvd in Bettendorf, announced on their Facebook page that they've decided to sell the building. Their last day in operation at the Bettendorf location was on May 14th. However, they're retaining the Wise Guys name though and may look for future ventures, so it may not be goodbye. Their decision to sell the building comes along with rising food costs.

You can still get your fix of Wise Guys pizza though, as their location on West Locust is still open and will honor all gift cards.

The post by Wise Guys says in part:

We would like to thank all the guests we have welcomed into our doors, those we saw nearly every day, and those we just saw once. You have truly made what we do here worth all the time, effort, and energy it took to make your experience as great as we could. We had a few bumps in the beginning but after time things began to settle down and we made many MANY new friends during our time here.

Wise Guys offers an array of pizzas, including build your own, specialty pizzas, Chicago deep dish, and more.

As for the building on Belmont, no word yet on what that could be.

Wise Guys Pizza & Pub on West Locust is open Sunday 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
