City of Bettendorf Keeps Frozen Landing Closed This Year

We're barely into fall and still wondering whether we'll be taking the kids trick or treating, but the The City of Bettendorf has just announced it will not open this popular winter attraction this year.

According to KWQC the city says it will not open Frozen Landing, the portable ice skating rink, this winter.

KWQC reports the city says the decision is due to a loss in revenue this year and that the equipment is also in need of major repairs.

Officials in Bettendorf say they plan to bring Frozen Landing back next season.
