Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

Well, that certainly de-escalated...

1 - November made an early appearance overnight as temps dropped by 25º in some areas, and the winds turned harsh. We'll not get above the mid 40's today, and a hard freeze is on for overnight Saturday into Sunday. Forecast details are here.

2 - The Quad City Mallards host Idaho for two games - tonight, and Saturday night. On Saturday, one lucky fan will play KIIK 104-9 Sing for Seats for a chance to win a pair of tickets to another Mallards home game. Details and scores when we do That Sports Thing at about 7:35am.

3 - There are lots of Hallowe'en activities going on this weekend including local haunts, and both Davenport and Bettendorf parades on Saturday. We'll run through some of the goings-on when we do That Entertainment Thing at around 8:35am.

4 - If you want to take a spooky road trip this weekend, you won't have to travel far to find 6 Ghost Towns right here in Iowa.
