According to a new study from both University of Leeds and Tourism West Australia, watching cute animal videos for 30 minutes can reduce your stress by 35%-50%. It also is proven to lower your blood pressure and your heart rate.

"Throughout the course of the session of watching videos, heart rates and blood pressure fell across all individuals to a level that would be considered healthy and indicative of limited stress or anxiety," Dr. Andrea Utley said.
